Information for applicants and students of the Academy of additional professional education ” Perspective”

Additional professional programs at the Academy of additional professional education “Perspective” are implemented in accordance with industry professional standards and Federal state educational standards.

Admission to the relevant programs is made taking into account the level of qualification, generalized labor function/labor function of professional standards, according to which training is conducted.

ATTENTION! Information about students who have successfully mastered training and received a certificate of advanced training or diploma shall be entered in the Federal register of information on documents on education and (or) on qualifications, documents on training (subsection DPO).

To enroll in the training, you must provide the following documents:

1) application for admission download form >>>;

2) application with consent to the processing of personal data download form >>>;

3) copy / scan of passport (1 and 2 pages with photo and registration)[1];

4) copy / scan of the TIN document (at will, these data are entered in the Federal register of data on documents on education and (or) on qualification, documents on training (subsection DPO);

5) copy / scan of the SNILS document (at will, these data are entered in the Federal register of data on documents on education and (or) on qualification, documents on training (subsection DPO);

6) copy / scan of the document (diploma) on education with a score sheet*;

7) copy / scan of the document on change of surname (at marriage or in other cases);

8) copy / scan of the document on additional professional education (professional retraining);

9) a copy of the employment record with an entry on the last page ” working at the present time in office….”(if available) or a certificate of employment indicating the position and length of service in it;

10) educational services agreement and a copy of the tuition fee document

– with an individual download the form >>>;

– with a legal entity download the form >>>;

11) personal card of the student to download the form >>>;

12) photo (3×4) 1 piece

Medical workers should additionally provide:

13) copy / scan of the document on postgraduate professional education (for persons with higher professional medical education) or its copy certified in accordance with the established Procedure;

14) copy / scan of specialist certificate (if available) (for persons with higher professional medical education).

When sending a student from a legal entity in addition:

15) direction from the organization on the letterhead of the organization with a round seal and signature of the head.

ATTENTION!! All documents must be certified by the personnel Department.

* In the case of obtaining the first professional secondary or higher education at the moment, a certificate from an educational organization about the passage of training is provided.

** A copy of the passport and education documents must be certified with a visa and the seal of the personnel Department of the organization sending students to study.

*** It is necessary to provide the Academy with the original documents specified in the PP. 1, 2, 6, 10, 11, 15 until graduation

According to Art. 76 of the Federal law” on education in the Russian Federation ” dated 29.12.2012 № 273-FZ to the development of additional professional programs are allowed:
1) persons with secondary vocational and (or) higher education;
2) persons receiving secondary vocational and (or) higher education.
When mastering an additional professional program in parallel with obtaining secondary vocational education and (or) higher education, a certificate of professional development and (or) a diploma of professional retraining are issued simultaneously with the receipt of the relevant document on education and qualification
